Far Out Flora

Gardening in the Outerlands of San Francisco

Big Sur Spirit Garden

We took highway 1 through Big Sur home from the Central Coast a couple weeks ago. We hiked to the beautiful Salmon Creek Falls, stopped at Nepenthe for a yummy brunch/beer at Cafe Kevah in the sun.  Next, we stopped at the fabulous  Big Sur Spirit Garden extravaganza. I love their funky collection of plants and unique things.  Never seen a show there, but I’m sure it would be magical.

  1. Wow. I love the photography on this blog. Makes me want to go out and buy a real camera. And I’m slightly envious of your Cali locale. Thanks for visiting my blog!

  2. Hi Andrea,
We’re loving our new Nikon D40! Just got it before Christmas, and it was worth every penny :) We’re pretty lucky to live in this beautiful city. Matti and I spent most of our lives in Wisconsin….
