How awesome is this variegated aloe? It was hanging out in the South African section of SF Botanical Gardens.

There was still a little sun shining on our favorite succulent section.
I don’t know very much about Dasylirions, but they’re cool.
Some idiot thought it would be really cool to write a message on an agave leaf. Hopefully karma will get them back.

The red one is definitely my favorite, it reminds me the ones back at my house, mine was yellow though, but the flowers are the same.

Lovely pictures. I just posted pics my visit two weeks ago to the succulent garden at SFBG. It was lovely strolling around and I got great ideas for the rock garden I am about to construct, plus bought two plants from the BG’s shop.
