While making sure I spelled Hootenanny correctly I learned that besides meaning party it can also, “refer to things whose names were forgotten or unknown. In this usage it was synonymous with thingamajig or whatchamacallit“. I’m going to start saying, “hand me that hootenanny”. This is a little taste of our houseplant collection. The top left succulents in non-draining containers are still kicking it. Check out my post back in January when I planted them. They were wee little babies. Happy Saturday!

Reuben, check out the settings on your iphone. You can switch it to full view when you take hipstamatics now. So much easier to take better shots.
